Job Overview As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You’ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macy’s service standards. Responsibilities

Support At Your Service activities (BOPS, merchandise returns, order pickups) and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. Maintain a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting to ensure a welcoming experience for every customer. Engage with customers to provide genuine hospitality, build relationships, and assist with total store fulfillment. Support the pickup and return areas, ensuring the collection area is organized and the customer pick-up experience is friction-free. Promote Loyalty program benefits and clearly communicate offerings, ending interactions with a sincere thank-you and personal touch. Collaborate with teammates and foster a supportive, honest, and caring work environment to serve customers and communities. Strive for continuous improvement, meet sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver store results. Who You Are

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to:

Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English

Makes prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues Meeting daily sales goal challenges Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics You can handle electronic devices with no problem Essential Physical Requirements

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions What We Can Offer You
