Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst
– Citi Location: Tampa, Florida, United States. Time Type: Full time. Primary Location Salary Range: $113,840.00 - $170,760.00. Anticipated posting close date: Sep 11, 2025. Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to program leadership. Identify and escalate potential roadblocks or issues. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Triage and prioritize actions, driving resolution across different teams. Action Tracking and Follow-up: Maintain a centralized action tracking system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks. Proactively drive actions forward and escalate roadblocks as needed. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials. PMO Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management best practices and tools. Support the program management office with reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks. Operating Model Support: Contribute to the design and implementation of the sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Technology, or related field). 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data automation or process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Citi’s internal systems and policies. PMP or other relevant project management certification. Job Details
