The Opportunity
Collect, review, and analyze technology and tools.
Analyze computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
Manage cost, time schedules and standards with well‑defined milestones.
Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outline system capabilities and processes based on user or internal system design specifications.
Manage allocation, utilization and help software Developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
Own and manage the project plan and project modules; proactive issues resolution.
Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team.
Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
This position will supervise 5 Software Developers and Associate Software Developers.
Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Will perform other duties as assigned or requested.
What You Need
Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering – any branch, or related field; and
Two (2) Years of Experience as an Associate Project Manager or related occupation.
Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Role Location Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (Unanticipated Client Site throughout the US)
Compensation Range $109,470 – $120,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.
