Provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) assessments, individual services, education and support groups, crisis services and relapse prevention. Deliver treatment and case management to clients with co-occurring disorders (mental health and chemical dependency). Foster a recovery-focused, wellness-oriented environment for SUD clients. Key Responsibilities

Orients and educates clients and families by meeting them in and out of the office; collaborates on the recovery plan; provides educational information related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing service requirements. Assists SUD with group planning and facilitation; provides assessments, individual services and other SUD services as needed. Provides Crisis Management Services. Participates in quality improvement activities and committees as assigned. Performs real world problem solving with the client, may work in the office and in the community (homes, hospitals, schools, shelters) to engage clients in services. Advocates for the client with community, family, providers, landlords, etc. What We're Looking For

SUDP or SUDPT Certification through State of WA DOH. For SUDPT, obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor registration within first week of hire. BA/BS degree in human services field, preferred. Must have the ability to transport clients. Experience in clinical and SUD work a plus. Solid knowledge of the Recovery model. Pass required background checks. Why Join Us
