Plant Manager

who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our team in

Pulaski, VA ! The main role of the Plant Manager will be to plan, direct, and coordinate plant operations in accordance with business unit objectives to manufacture high quality products at the lowest possible cost. Communicates with management regarding production schedules, production problems, and employee problems daily. Supervises all plant employees by delegating work orders, monitoring the quality of work, and instructing employees on updated products and procedures daily. Develops and maintains a program for sound employee relations with employees at all levels of the organization. Supervises the production of products by maintaining inventory, prioritizing work orders, and assuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Establishes and monitors compliance with all federal, state, and local statues. Reviews production sheets for work completion and merchandise discrepancies and returns to management. Meets the needs of buyers through effective communication and maintains good business relations with buyers and management. Performs all other duties assigned. Qualifications

: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required College Degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Plant Management in a Manufacturing setting required Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills About the company
