Overview
Mammography Technologist position with RadNet. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm with 8 hour shifts. Will float between locations in Anne Arundel County. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 or Student Loan Payment Plan. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care in a team-focused environment. You Will
Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and related devices in accordance with established company policies and protocols. Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care. Understand and apply compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, mAs, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection, and other adjustments to produce high quality images. Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Guide patients through the exam process by clearly explaining steps and addressing questions and concerns. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. You Are

Capable of effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and solve problems. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
ARRT(R)(M) certification State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology BLS certification At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred We Offer
