Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting, focusing on medically complex patients. Plan and deliver nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ensure patient safety and quality of care in accordance with regulations and facility policies. Qualifications
Current RN license for the state in which the nurse practices One (1) year nursing experience in a long-term acute care facility preferred Experience in acute rehabilitation for vents, wound care, cardiac, and stable post-trauma patients Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits
