Precision for Medicine is hiring a Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager to join our team. Remote work is available in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia. Overview
The Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager is responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of clinical databases and applications. The role interfaces directly with internal teams (e.g., Data Management, Project Management), EDC vendors, clients and third-party vendors to gather requirements and provide status updates. The role provides operational and technical training to end users and junior staff and may lead internal software projects requiring specialized programming and/or scripting. Responsibilities

Provide operational and technical training to end users and junior staff. Lead internal software projects that require specialized programming and/or scripting as needed. Qualifications
Experience in developing and customizing clinical data management databases in a clinical, scientific or health care discipline Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of related experience Rave Advanced Custom Function programming experience Other Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to handle a variety of clinical research tasks Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional use of the English language (written and oral) Understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, etc.) Experience in clinical database management system development Experience in a clinical, scientific or healthcare discipline Experience with various clinical database management systems Broad knowledge of drug, device and/or biologic development and data management practices Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Preferred
Oncology and/or Orphan Drug therapeutic experience Base SAS, SAS/STAT and SAS/ACCESS software Advanced experience in database management, object-oriented programming Veeva setup experience Medidata Rave certification Precision medicine is revolutionizing the attack on cancer and harnessing its power through biomarkers to link mutations to treatments.
