Job Summary: Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will act as the primary care provider for the patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being. You will have a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you, working collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and manage their medical care Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while overseeing management of ongoing medical conditions Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC) Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
