We are recruiting a gastroenterologist with an interest in General GI. This individual should have expertise in disease or treatment areas such as IBS, GERD, and colon cancer screening. Candidates should be competent in performing EGD and colonoscopy with polypectomy. Proficiency in ERCP and/or EUS is not required. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Primary responsibilities may include providing Emergency Department and inpatient coverage and expanding outpatient clinical care at UCI Health community clinical sites in Laguna Hills and other UCI locations. Leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and communicate with faculty, residents, staff, and peers to maintain a professional, team-based approach in patient care.
