RN - ICU / ED Float Pool - Night Shift at Swedish. The float pool department provides a versatile and adaptable workforce to maintain quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital. Float pool nurses support all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages, including the emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock-down psych, long-term care, and more. This role offers variety and an ever-changing work environment within a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care grounded in understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Provide versatile nursing coverage across acute care units to address temporary staffing shortages. Support patients in the emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry, psychiatric units, long-term care, and other areas as needed. Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire 1 year nursing experience Preferred Qualifications
Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated Additional Details
