Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Pineville, LA. This contract role runs for the entire school year and offers an onsite environment, providing an opportunity to work directly with students across all grade levels. Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's communication goals Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required Qualifications
Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially within school-based settings Strong knowledge of teletherapy techniques if applicable, with a focus on engaging young clients Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred or completed Ability to work effectively with students across all K-12 grade levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Location
