Service DX Equipment in the Billing, MT area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience. Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction. Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. Ensure tool and test equipment expiration dates are managed; no overdue calibration equipment is used or maintained in the field; usage documented in eFSR. Manage company assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers and perform necessary administrative duties accurately. Provide mentoring to other Customer Service Engineers on competencies and responsibilities. Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment; able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency with network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools). Ability to read and understand install, setup, repair, troubleshooting documents, schematics and block diagrams. 5-7 years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments. Valid driver's license with ability to drive day and night and a good driving record. Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, standing, high-reach, fine motor manipulation, good vision; ability to work alone. Demonstrate excellent judgment in customer relations and strong competency in instrument systems technology (mechanics, electrical, chemistry, software).
