An Industrial Mechanic will perform maintenance and repairs as scheduled or required to attain maximum productivity and functionality in plant operations. The employee in this role must have strong communication, observational, and operational skills with an unbending focus on safety. Responsibilities
Follow all procedures and policies regarding repairs and maintenance. Complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner. Support high performance in a professional healthcare & hospitality laundry environment through cleanliness and infection prevention. Work with operations to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems. Industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance. Construction-type tasks (painting, patching holes, etc.). Electrical, plumbing, and electronics work as needed. Core Competencies

Stand, use hands, reach, and bend as part of regular duties. Walk, sit, climb, and balance; speak and hear as part of daily responsibilities. Lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Job Location

The wage is no less than $23.00 per hour. Overtime pay starts at $34.50 per hour. A higher rate than $23.00 may be offered; overtime is 1.5x the offered hourly rate. Pay period details: weekly payroll lasting Sunday through Saturday; wages paid the following Thursday. Rate increases and/or bonuses may be offered at the Company’s discretion based on performance, skill, and tenure. Deductions as required by law; participation in benefits plans may affect premium deductions. Deductions will be preauthorized in writing. Work Environment
Industrial facility with typical noise and vibration; PPE may be required for certain tasks. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. Safety
