Responsibilities
Analyze warranty claims and customer feedback to identify quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis on returned parts and develop corrective actions.
Support plant operations with Stop Ships, Stop Builds, audits, and campaigns.
Lead engineering changes for minor product launches and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns.
Manage engineering trials and implement running changes.
Issue alerts and initiate product changes to meet quality objectives.
Maintain subsystem and Vehicle Functional Group (VFG) quality documentation.
Present findings and updates to upper management and engineering leadership.
Preferred Skills
Systems-level understanding of both Electrical and Body Interior components.
Experience with variability reduction and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with suppliers.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with electronic modules in Body Interior systems.
Experience supporting vehicle launches and engineering trials.
Knowledge of Ford’s internal quality processes and documentation standards.
