Manufacturing Engineer
Our Client is looking for a
hands-on Manufacturing Engineer
to lead lean transformation initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support new product launches in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. If you have experience with
HVAC assembly, coil production, sheet metal fabrication, and welding , and you're passionate about driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements—this could be your next big move.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do:
Develop lean, ergonomic workstation layouts and material flow systems
Implement manufacturing best practices across fabrication and assembly lines
Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate with Design Engineering on new product introductions
Lead process documentation, capital equipment requests, and standard work implementation
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing environments
Strong AutoCAD and 3D CAD skills
Experience in HVAC or similar mechanical manufacturing industries
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
