Your New Role Based in San Antonio, TX, you’ll:
Review specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope and pricing
Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial mechanical projects
Analyze project requirements and perform risk assessments
Support the project team during the proposal and contracting phase
Engage with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure accurate proposals
Work alongside industry veterans while gaining real-world experience on bids that matter. Whether you're entry-level or bringing a few years of estimating under your belt, this is the next step you’ve been working toward.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Entry-level to 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience
Proficiency with blueprint reading and estimating software (Building Connected, On-Center, Cost OS, Microsoft Office)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to meet auto insurability requirements
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) credential is a plus
