Technical Degree in Engineering or recognized Tool & Die Apprenticeship program 7 to 10 years’ experience in an automotive stamping environment Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience of a large department Preferred Qualifications
Extensive Knowledge of Automotive Stamping Dies Leadership soft skills Ability to develop front line leadership Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Job Responsibilities
Support the Business Unit by performing functions that foster a team spirit aligned with the goals of Bowling Green Metalforming. Oversee and monitor activities and personnel, acting as liaison on policy application, employee relations and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. Under the general direction of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and the Business Unit Leader, plan, control and lead the team toward meeting divisional objectives. What We Offer
