We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated

CNC Manufacturing Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who constantly looks for innovative ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. This role involves developing, evaluating, and continuously improving manufacturing methods in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing methods for CNC production. Create and maintain sequences of operations to produce parts in accordance with product drawings. Specify and/or design tooling required for CNC operations. Develop and maintain documentation, including NC/CNC programs and operational drawings, to guide operators. Specify and/or design inspection gauging and establish inspection frequency to ensure products meet specifications. Serve as a liaison to resolve manufacturing issues and maintain production schedules. Identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Evaluate product designs for manufacturability to maintain low production costs. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, shorten lead times, and improve quality. Develop, comply with, and support ISO-9000, QS-9000, TS-16949, and Six Sigma procedures to maintain certifications and meet customer requirements. Train and develop team members to ensure continuity of departmental capabilities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, quality, or related areas. Hands-on experience in CNC operations, tooling design, and process improvement may substitute for some educational requirements. Knowledge of NC/CNC programming, inspection methods, and manufacturing documentation preferred. Familiarity with ISO, QS, TS, or Six Sigma standards is a plus. Competencies
