The Outpatient Audiologist provides comprehensive diagnostic ENT and rehabilitative audiology services, in a clinical setting, to pediatric patients with hearing disorders, age birth to 21. The role emphasizes family-centered care, long-term management of hearing loss, and interdisciplinary coordination with ENT and speech-language pathology teams. Works closely with the child, family, and interdisciplinary teams, including school personnel to recommend and implement a plan which enhances a child’s functional hearing to facilitate learning and development. Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic assessment and rehabilitative audiology services in an outpatient pediatric setting. Collaborate with ENT, speech-language pathology, and school personnel to develop and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au. D.) or PhD in Audiology from an accredited college or university. Current state licensure for Audiology required. Compensation
