Deliver high-quality medical care in your specified hospital location Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership Grow relationships within the practice and the Lakeland community Encourage the growth of support staff through internal training programs Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours Represent AVG with professionalism and compassion in the hospital you support Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program) Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment (or the ability to obtain a license) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience strongly preferred Comfort in adapting to new clinical environments and team structures Strong communication and a collaborative mindset Opportunity Details
State-of-the-art facility: 3,100 square foot hospital with 4 exam rooms Position type: Temporary / Short Term Stay Part-time options with flexible scheduling; 90-day term with potential for renewal Housing, travel, and onboarding support via monthly stipends Competitive daily rate pay; benefits include 401k match, PLIT coverage, and pet care discounts No long-term commitment required; potential transition into a permanent role Clinical focus with no administrative duties
