About Corewell Health Trenton Hospital Corewell Health Hospital Trenton is a 193-bed acute care teaching hospital that sponsors nine university-affiliated residency programs. The hospital opened its doors to Trenton and its surrounding communities in 1961. It became part of Corewell Health in September 2014. In addition to providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for its patients, the hospital offers all private beds, a medical and surgical intensive care unit and obstetrical care. Scope of Work

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques. Follows Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times. Qualifications

Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program. 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level. Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT (R) (MR). Additional MR certification required within 1 year of hire. Must remain in good standing with the ARRT. Technologists working in their modality before 2008 are exempt from additional modality certification. Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.
