2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Experience 24 months of role experience required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements

Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

24 months between Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital

Shift & Scheduling

Must work 2 out of 3 major days and 1 of 3 minor holidays.

Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 11/28/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 3.

Driver’s license required for submission.
