Nurse Supervisor
to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team!
Avantara Palos Heights
is rapidly growing and we are looking to invest in a Nurse Supervisor by providing opportunities to further your career and the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. We offer great benefits, including:
Base Pay Range $40.00/hr – $43.50/hr
Responsibilities
Manage operations of the assigned unit to ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect.
Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet residents’ needs.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of
Illinois
Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
C.P.R. certification.
At least two (2) years of R.N. experience.
Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable.
