As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients get their power back. You design and deliver rehab services, create treatment plans, and work with patients to execute those plans to help them communicate, swallow, and remedy disorders or deficits. You are responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services and for collaborating with patients and the care team. You see each patient as an individual and design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their speech and communication abilities. You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and thrive in settings that keep you moving, from equipment upkeep to meetings. You collaborate with peers and refer patients to ensure they receive the care they need, and you act as a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. A Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. We will also accept candidates who are eligible to obtain the CC. Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range: USD $44.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
