We are a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care. Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care. Our goal is to make our services more accessible to those in need, including rural areas, through telehealth consultations, ensuring privacy, security, and convenience. About the job: Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications as necessary, and provide direct patient care. Deliver care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Enjoy autonomy in practice, as we are not affiliated with hospitals or clinics, allowing you to practice in the best interest of patients without corporate interference. Work within growing teams of therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to meet potential team members. Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss cases or clinical topics. Work remotely, with flexible days and hours based on your preference, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings and conferences are part of the schedule. Job Requirements: Must hold a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required. Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Solid computer and basic technology skills. Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis, psychopharmacology, and familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Compensation:
$70—$100 USD per hour Additional Details
