As a professional nurse, you are accountable for the care of a group of patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) focuses on safe, effective patient and family-centered care, customer satisfaction, and quality outcomes. The RN assists in maintaining a financially stable unit, promotes own development with an emphasis on evidence-based practice, and is supported by a Practice Governance framework. Tasks include supervising licensed and non‑licensed staff, applying the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care. The RN prioritizes patient and family comfort, education and satisfaction, and mentors/precepts staff.

Qualifications Required:

No experience required for full‑time or part‑time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute‑care setting.
