Small Animal Associate Veterinarian – Louisville, KY. AAHA-accredited multi-doctor practice focusing on Fear‑Free care, patient comfort, and progressive medicine seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join the team. The role offers opportunities to pursue and develop special clinical interests, including exotics, rehabilitation, acupuncture, or advanced surgery. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser to support high‑quality care across a wide range of cases. Provide high‑quality medical and surgical care for small animals in a Fear‑Free environment. Develop and pursue clinical interests (e.g., exotics, rehabilitation, acupuncture, advanced surgery) as appropriate. Collaborate with a team to deliver comprehensive patient care and client communication. Utilize available equipment (digital radiography, ultrasound, therapeutic laser) to diagnose and treat cases. Qualifications
DVM or equivalent from an accredited Veterinary Medicine program. Successful completion of the NAVLE. Must be licensed or eligible to obtain a Veterinary State License in Kentucky. Location
Louisville, KY Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr – $165,000.00/yr, plus production incentives. Signing bonus and relocation assistance. Generous paid time off (sick, vacation, personal, CE).
