Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of maintenance management systems like MVP Understanding of scheduling and workflow in an industrial manufacturing setting Ability to read P&ID's, mechanical and electrical prints, and understand dimensions and tolerances Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Ability or willingness to learn Oracle and other relevant programs Job Responsibilities:
Accountability for health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate monthly backlog reviews with Operations and Maintenance teams, prioritize work requests Transform work orders into planned, scheduled work packages Review and clarify all incoming work requests onsite Develop weekly or outage schedules, prioritizing maintenance work Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance work is scheduled appropriately Maximize resource utilization in weekly planning Conduct planning and scheduling meetings and communicate results Review and close completed work orders promptly Hydro in North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
