Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant to maximize equipment utilization and reliability. What You'll Accomplish
Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and complies with regulations. Lead the Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP) and Energy Isolation (EI) programs. Oversee maintenance of process and quality instrumentation for compliance and quality control. Keep the Maintenance Manager informed of issues, including union matters, budget, and reliability. Develop and maintain predictive/preventive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems. Monitor plant electrical equipment daily for reliability. Prioritize, plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical and control system work with other departments. Follow up on work effectiveness and implement corrective actions. Maintain electrical documentation and assist in budget development and compliance. Evaluate and define control system programs, provide training, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage improvement activities and CAPEX. Promote safety and environmental policies in all work areas. What We're Looking For
Education:
Technical degree or 8 years of equivalent experience. Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years in electrical supervision, project experience, PLC programming, and HMI systems knowledge. Skills:
SAP, MS Office. Additional Requirements:
Adherence to safety protocols and PPE use, including respirator requirements. What We Offer
