We are seeking an experienced
Eze Castle (now SS&C Eze) OMS Support Engineer
to join our client s Front Office team in
Midtown, NY
. This role involves supporting and maintaining front-office trading platforms, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth daily trading operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with traders and portfolio managers in a
hedge fund or financial services
environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide
day-to-day front-office support
for traders, portfolio managers, and operations teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, focusing on
break-fix and production support
for trading and risk systems.
Collaborate with trading teams to understand workflows, trade lifecycle, and product structures across
Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Physicals .
Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with development or vendor teams (Eze, Enfusion, FIS Risk, etc.).
Ensure
high system availability
and rapid incident response.
Support and enhance front-office applications including
Eze, Enfusion, and FIS Risk
platforms.
Participate in
client onboarding
and ensure systems are configured and ready for new clients or accounts.
Document system issues, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Partner with infrastructure and development teams to optimize
system performance and reliability .
Qualifications & Experience
5 years of experience in
front-office or trading application support
within a financial institution.
Strong understanding of
trade lifecycle, market data, and financial instruments .
Hands-on experience with
Eze OMS
,
Enfusion
,
FIS Risk , or similar trading systems.
Familiarity with
client onboarding
and
trade flow integration .
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to work directly with traders and business users.
Proven ability to perform in a
fast-paced, high-pressure
environment.
