Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage customer information flows (RFQs, POs, SDRs, OORs) and meet deadlines. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, remaining composed under stress. Understanding of Manufacturing: Experience in manufacturing environments to quickly grasp Hadrian's processes and constraints. Proficiency with Basic Software Tools: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Flow, Airtable, with the ability to learn new tools rapidly. Responsibilities

Manage daily communication with customers regarding production statuses. Handle multiple projects related to new product introduction and process creation. Ensure timely internal processing of customer information and adherence to deadlines. Identify and resolve operational issues proactively. Understand how operational tasks impact metrics and goals. Travel to client sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience in cross-functional teams. Prior aerospace machining experience. Understanding of business metrics and growth strategies. Benefits
