Overview of role at MAINSAIL Group contracting with U.S. Air Force BACN program. Full time at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Responsibilities
Develop technical requirements, plans, and acquisition strategies for integrated system solutions.
Implement cybersecurity, intelligence, and communications (C3, IT, ISR) with interoperability and technology modernization.
Conduct spectrum management, electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) analysis, and standards conformance for secure, networked environments.
Test, validate, and certify interoperability of mission‑planning and data‑flow technologies with weapon systems.
Integrate machine‑to‑machine data flows and communications into manned/unmanned aircraft and mission support platforms.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in engineering and 15 years of interoperability and integration engineering experience; 5 years in DoD.
Knowledge of C3, ISR system‑of‑systems interoperability, and technical analysis of machine‑to‑machine data flows.
Experience with networked security, COMSEC management, and E3 testing and spectrum certification.
Proficiency with modeling tools (Sparx, MagicDraw) for DoDAF 2/SysML architecture products.
Strong technical documentation, test methodology, and analysis skills for warfighter requirements.
