Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

As our Construction Project Manager, you will support leading end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects across Helion's sites. You'll manage budgets, schedules, internal crew task planning and contractors while ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will report directly to our Facilities Construction Manager, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office. Support Facilities leadership in managing the full lifecycle of construction projects—from scope and design through commissioning and handoff Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, safety, and permitting requirements Build and maintain project schedules; escalate risks and blockers quickly Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor invoicing Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, cost, and quality standards Maintain project documentation, including permits, drawings, and compliance records Conduct site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety Partner with engineering and operations teams to align scope, design, and execution Uphold safety, environmental health, and compliance standards Act with urgency to resolve roadblocks and maintain project momentum Qualifications

Required Skills: 5+ years of experience managing construction projects from initiation through close-out Experience with industrial, R&D, or energy/facility construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and permitting Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors on complex, multi-trade projects Track, prioritize, and deliver multiple construction and facility upgrade projects simultaneously—balancing schedule, budget, and evolving technical requirements in complex, scaling environments Ensure engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams stay coordinated to deliver projects on time and safely Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Compensation and Benefits

Annual Base Pay: $120,000 - $160,000 USD. Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity. This is an exempt salaried role.
