Responsibilities
Manages production team across shifts, ensuring manufacturing of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and desired quality.
Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics met.
Investigates, troubleshoots and provides solutions to complex production problems.
Liaises with functional or operational area managers to understand product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
Leads activities and projects to support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction.
Qualifications
Typical Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of related experience in production/quality management.
3+ years people leader experience.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain relevant security clearance.
Expected Compensation:
$116,000 to $145,000 annually.
