Physician, Pulmonary Critical Care

HealthPartners Specialty Clinic is seeking a Pulmonary/Sleep MD to join an expanding practice based out of St. Paul, MN, serving patients at our Anoka and St. Paul clinics.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a large, diverse, multi-specialty group practice, providing care to patients in an established, growing practice in the metro area and surrounding communities. You will work in a collaborative environment across specialties, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive experience. The role involves providing care at two clinic sites approximately 20 minutes apart, primarily focusing on outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine, supported by on-site respiratory therapy, sleep, radiology, lab, and home medical equipment services. Limited inpatient pulmonary consults are also included, without ICU responsibility. As an affiliated training site of a local medical school, there are opportunities for teaching, research, and collaboration. Position Highlights:

Annual salary range: $388,440.00 - $606,444.80. Pay is based on role requirements, education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
