Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Maintain a productivity requirement of 85%. Document clinically and clearly; adapt to using Rehab Optima (EMR) as preferred. Start date: ASAP; duration: 13-week assignment with potential extension. Qualifications
Valid California Occupational Therapist license. Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Details
