Enterprise Resource Pool overview
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our mission to deliver whole-person care. The Enterprise Pool consists of clinical and allied roles that float throughout the system. Associates may float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all facilities to support workload and staffing needs.
Enterprise Pool options
Enterprise Pool 1 Base rate + $3.00/hr pool differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units; must work in at least 2 units with recent RN experience in the area 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 2 Base rate + $6.75/hr pool differential; eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones based on home location; must travel to hospitals within the zone Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area Enterprise Pool 3 Flat rate $75.00/hr + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah) For Tier 3/Systemwide hires, some locations may offer a $2,500 payout; subject to change Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Qualifications
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: RN license required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact. Colorado only: RNs with multistate license must obtain CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency. Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred BLS from the American Heart Association required Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements: Medium work - exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
