Operations and Fulfillment Analyst - Remote - Cigna Healthcare (Finance)

The Operations and Fulfillment Analyst will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new business, renewal, and cancellations documents within the install process for group health plans in the U500 Segments. RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analyze implementation source documents for new business clients, renewing clients, and client cancellations for precision and accuracy Communicate effectively with matrix partners to ensure source documents are IGO Begin install process in VISTA by uploading documents, opening checklists, and updating Vista contacts Update Vista wizard based on account products and complexity May update source documents such as BNCA as needed. Attend and participate in team meetings, ongoing forums, training sessions, and other meetings to enhance continuous knowledge for the role including assigned courses through Cigna University. Provide leadership support from a fulfillment perspective for projects and stretch assignments Maintain departmental metrics and performance expectations QUALIFICATIONS

External applicants must have prior Cigna experience. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years detailed knowledge of Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing and banking required. Experience with Salesforce, a plus. Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations. Demonstrated strength and "sense of urgency" resulting in the ability to influence the organization to meet and exceed client expectations. Strong analytical ability with ability to track and work toward specific self or team measurable performance targets. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills. Preferred minimum five years of experience with multiple software and system‑based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems). Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization. Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines, work independently and pro‑actively, negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions. Demonstrated success in negotiations and ability to influence internal/external constituencies. Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in fast‑paced environment. OFFICE REQUIREMENTS

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,100 - 90,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
