Travel Assignment
We are seeking SLPs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Unique Highlights
Only travel within our Ensign affiliated Skilled Nursing and Post‑Acute care facilities.
Excellent benefits, including paid CEUs and license fees for each state practicing as a TheraTrooper within Ensign affiliates.
Clinical mentorship and a supportive in‑house team.
Simple EMR login and your own laptop.
No non‑compete clauses; you can join any team permanently at any time.
Duties
Screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and outpatient settings.
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention.
Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs.
Assess patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
Effectively communicate with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers.
Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
