Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 12 N | Pay Rate: $1739.62 - $1906.18 Requirements: 2+ years of experience No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year Arizona License as both Rad & CT Tech, ARRT(CT)(R), and BLS required Primary role is CT, with responsibilities including assisting in X-ray as needed. Coverage includes inpatient and outpatient settings, averaging 10-20 CT exams per shift. Equipment used: GE 64 slice scanner, GE X-Ray, portable and C-arms. EMR: Cerner. Responsibilities include providing timely diagnostic services under a Radiologist's direction, performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. Proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures, is required. Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy is essential.
