$80,000 - $85,000 (Depending on Experience) Work Schedule & Requirements
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00AM-5:30PM, with flexibility to meet department and facility needs. Candidates must pass background check, LIVE scan, and TB Test. Position available ASAP. Role Overview
The LVN Manager will oversee clinical and administrative activities, develop staff, and ensure quality guest care, aligning with NHF's mission to humanize and localize care for those experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities
Train, develop, and manage LVN/Medical Coordinator staff to ensure compliance with laws and best practices. Collaborate with management and Nurse Practitioner teams on concerns and strategic planning. Develop health programs to improve guest satisfaction and ensure consistent quality of care. Oversee documentation, records, and audits; track guest care progress. Manage staff scheduling, budget, and performance, including PTO and attendance. Participate in team meetings, case conferencing, and collaborate with Social Services. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including TB screenings and cough logs. Maintain professional appearance and foster a learning environment. Handle additional duties as needed and adhere to NHF policies. Minimum Requirements
California LVN license in good standing. Current AHA BLS certification. At least 3 years of progressive management experience or strong clinical leadership. Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred. TB testing, fingerprint live scan, reliable transportation required. Ability to travel regionally as needed. Physical & Other Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and effective communication skills are required. Noise levels may be high in guest care areas. Benefits & Programs
