Responsibilities

Provides continuous cardiac monitoring arrhythmia recognition and intervention. Initiates and titrates multiple complex cardiac related infusions at higher doses. Manages high flow & bipap patients. Manages patients with acute neurological/neurosurgical events. Qualifications

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. One year of related work experience in an acute care setting preferred. Previous PCU/ICU experience preferred or 1-2 years med/surg experience required or new graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area (Critical Care, ED, PACU). For those with no PCU/ICU experience, must successfully complete the PCU residency or the critical care residency program. LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification. This location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or attainment within six months of hire. CCRN and CNRN preferred. Pay Range:

$42.43 - $71.67 /hour
