$68,000 - $95,000 per year (DOE) Employment Type:

Pharmacist
to join their team. This company is experiencing strong growth, offers
annual bonuses , and provides excellent job security. We are looking for both
full-time
and
per diem
candidates, with per diem pharmacists required to work at least
two or more days per week . The ideal candidate will have experience in
clinical pharmacy settings , including inpatient hospitals, infusion clinics, skilled nursing facilities, or specialty care.
Candidates with at least 10 months of experience
will be considered. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and verify physician orders for
dosage, drug interactions, and stability . Accurately
compound and dispense
pharmaceuticals following established protocols. Provide
drug counseling
to patients and caregivers, ensuring safe medication use. Monitor patient treatment through
lab tests and clinical evaluations , adjusting therapy as needed. Maintain compliance with
state and federal pharmacy regulations
and industry best practices. Communicate with
physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals
to coordinate patient care. Supervise pharmacy technicians and
ensure quality control
in medication management. Manage
inventory levels, medication recalls, and regulatory reporting . Participate in
ongoing training and performance improvement programs . Provide expertise on
infusion therapy and home healthcare pharmacy services . Qualifications:
Active California Pharmacist License
in good standing. Experience in
clinical, hospital, infusion, or specialty pharmacy settings . Strong knowledge of
pharmacy regulations, compounding, and medication safety . Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with
electronic health records (EHR), pharmacy software, and documentation . Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills . Membership in a professional society is recommended
(e.g.,
ASHP, ASPEN, APHA ). Per Diem Opportunity:
