Position Summary The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from the California Board of Physical Therapy
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed physical therapist
If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
