Here, you’ll enjoy 30-minute appointment times, a true lunch break, and the support of seven wonderful, licensed technicians. The focus is on quality medicine, respect for staff and creating a positive environment where veterinarians are encouraged to thrive. Clinically, you’ll have the tools and space to practice high-quality medicine; six exam rooms with lift tables, in-house lab, digital radiography, full-mouth dental rads, ultrasound, therapy laser, and thoughtful, low-stress approaches. If you love surgery, great! Although, it’s not required for this role, you can totally shape it around your strengths. $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr About You: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree Must hold a Michigan State License or have the ability to obtain one Compassionate GP who is confident with common primary-care cases Collaborative teammate who treats colleagues with respect and clients without judgment Values low-stress handling Surgery skills welcome but not required; happy to mentor or support non-surgical interests Growth mindset: open to feedback, teaching, and continuous improvement Production opportunity $3,000 CE stipend and 3 paid CE days 6 weeks paid maternity leave Medical insurances Balanced schedule with no on-call and 30-minute appointment blocks Supportive leadership that prioritizes well-being and sustainable caseloads And lots more!
