Pay Range: $49.00 - $87.12 per hour Part time (.75 FTE - 60 hours bi-weekly) • 12 hr/DAY shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.). This position includes Primary CHARGE duties. About the Facility
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics invites you to work in our new state-of-the-art childbirth center. The childbirth center includes Labor & Delivery, Emergency Obstetrics, Mother and Baby Unit and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. These are part of our new 240,000 square foot, five-story inpatient tower. Our new L&D unit is a Level 3, traditional L&D unit, with 12 private labor, delivery and recovery suites with bedside newborn admits. We have dedicated antepartum rooms and services, 24/7 in-house anesthesia and OB hospitalists, and wireless monitoring for patient mobility. Other features include a third OR for scheduled C-sections, larger labor rooms and an expanded OB Emergency Department. This busy unit delivers an average of 3,500 babies per year. Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing (BSN preferred) Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.) Healthcare provider BLS/CPR, ACLS, NRP certifications Fetal Monitoring education 2+ years recent or current L&D experience, circulating C-sections, advanced fetal monitoring, and taking care of high-risk antepartum patients Excellent customer service and communication skills How to Apply
