POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Practice Provider gives immediate care services to children and/or adults as part of the Crusader

The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate and consult when necessary with patients, families, Crusader support staff, other advanced practice providers, physicians as well as internal and external consultants in order to provide the appropriate high level of care. This position reports to the Lead Advanced Practice Provider of the Crusader

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate (or soon to be) of United States accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Unrestricted Illinois Nurse Practitioner license, Physician Assistant license, Illinois Controlled Substance License, and Federal DEA license Current CPR Certification
