Gatekeeper , and

Salesforce Support testing, hotfixes, and enhancements related to the Real Estate Portal Partner on the development and implementation of new features and platform integrations Process Optimization & Reporting Generate and analyze reports to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Drive continuous process enhancements using real-time data insights Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate credentialing and onboarding requests across global teams Collaborate with Illuminate Support, Gatekeeper Support, and various sales groups to align portal functionality with business needs Facilitate transparent communication across all levels of project involvement Operational Agility Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Identify system errors and collaborate with impacted teams to drive resolution Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually.
