Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services focused on improving speech, language, and communication skills Document progress and maintain accurate records compliant with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success in the classroom Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
